They are building an airtight case I know. They're is so much fraud and evidence to gather and sort through they really want to nail Vakser on everything they can. The FEDS don't fu*k around. I know as I dealt with my own misdemeanor issues with them. I was initially overcharged with felonies I wasn't guilty of. I just made an honest mistake which amounted to two petty non-violent misdemeanors. They understood in the end on my case. So I guess you could say I'm a retired FED as I ran a federal entity organization that did national security consulting on investigations. I'm not a law enforcement officer and never was.
