If his summary judgement request gets denied to remove the UCC1 filing in Texas he should settle I would think. He cannot remove the Florida UCC1 lien period. He's desperate I feel. I'm already cooperating with the FEDS on him with all I have in records, emails, LOI's, agreements, PR's, and whatever is public record out there. I also have my dossier and he knows what I have on him. I sent him and Danny boy a copy of the dossier which discloses Vakser's full criminal past, judgements, liens, associates, multiple SSN's (a felony), and his revoked companies, etc. IRS CI Special Agents and I are in touch now. They are getting a look at Black Dracos potential crypto scam now. IRS and US Treasury are really cracking down on crypto scams.
