Will they wait, for example, until an agreement with Foxess or IDN Solar has been finalized? Might either of those final agreements have language regarding financing? What are the possibilities for financing these 2 projects (especially the solar energy one with IDN)?

SNPW already as agreements in place with both Fox-Ess and IDN Solar, as far as financing these two deals I would say that Nick has a lot of options at his disposal which in my opinion is why they are looking at specific states because each state has their own specific incentives to entice Businesses especially in the Renewable Sectors.Who knows maybe he might just do another PAB like he did when he raised 17 million dollars for Medi-Recycler when everyone was saying he couldn’t get financed but he did.

Also in my opinion IDN might play a pivotal role since they already have production and are planning on doubling their capacity.

As far as the filing, as stated by others my opinion is that it is simply a item of insurance that Nick has in his Arsenal my opinion is that he would never implement unless it made total sense as he has more to loses financially than any other stock holder, he has more invested here than any one individual so I don’t see it being advantageous for him which is why I like the fact that he has so much skin in the game.

I personally can’t speculate on a press release on IDN however based on what I know about direct contact with Fox-Ess that one is just around the corner.

My opinions.
Hope this helps
