Agree with all points!

I have been in this less than or about a year since Sexton bought the shell, so while some may have held this shell for a decade waiting for something to happen, others have been just waiting for Sexton to do what he will do with this. His last shell he held for about 2 years before selling it. This one is approaching that 2 year mark, there may not be a bump, not guaranteed, but if you just have a small lotto position here it doesn't hurt to sit and wait. People get burned when they Yolo into 1 or 2 stocks or put way more into a lotto than they should.

That being said, with the low float here, ~7M shares tradable, if there is any kind of merger rumors, I believe this will see a significant bump to at least .30 minimum, possibly a lot higher.
