Actually 10 days ago the Nevada court threw out Dan Byrnes case and the Plaintiffs won; not a good sign for SPZI buying the niobium property.. There will be another court case in Ontario that will decide the issue. It seems to me, and I could be wrong, that Patrick was lied to by Volusia when they tried to sell SPZI the Niobium property.
