They are not using the modern tech available today?. A little applied AI could go a long way. Yup, u knew where this is going ;) - very cool application for investor/trading peeps: "help public companies convert their unknown investors into known investors while being able to engage and improve on their investor relations strategies and communications through the delivery of real-time, data-driven, personalized shareholder communication."
I'd never use it - a bit too much 1984 for me but some people "are one" with that computer in their hands and will jump right in.
