I don't think he knows how he is going to fund the new company other than he said his plans were for private placement offering to select investors. What investors ? how much investment ? where's the business plan ? Ok not ready yet but goes to much information needs yet to be disclosed. And yes the terms of the deal should be shared. What do we base our investing on other than the press release. Maybe these are some factors why the shares have not move much, lack of financial details.
