Well if your asking me I can only speculate that the investors pulled out as they did not see a future with the company after it sold its rights to the technology sectors of consumer electronics and mobile divisions. Also possibile the investors had been putting pressure on the company, or the company had struggled meet its loan obligations, so had to make that sale to repay yo investors. Eric says it was good for the investors but we don't know if that is the correct version. The sale itself to me does not make all that much sense.


Why no one else swoop in? Same answer, did not see a future after major tech sectors were gone.


I think the tech has merit but don't think Eric has the capital to operate it. He admits he needs investors.


He does not have to pay off the bankruptcy debt but how much is he paying for the assets he is buying? shareholders I believe should be informed of the cost. He is borrowing of Canouse brothers and every time he borrows its with high interest repayments.
