Well when do the contracts call for delivery. Maybe Eric was/is expecting the Acquisition to be completed in time so he can raise Purchase order financing for these contracts and still honor them. I don't know. He said there was a $60,000 HADV Covid rapid test kit sale that took place in Nov, 2021. HADV released their 2022 quarterly financial report that covered that period and reported no sales. So I don't know.


Raising Capital investments will be key.
