There are so many holes in this I do not even know where to begin. I also hate having to correct people that post things as facts that they are unable to support or backup.

As the U.S. attorney indicated to the judge back in 2021 at Svorai bond hearing — he was transferring the CATV case to the grand jury, which was done in July 2021.

The document only states in the US vs Svorai case 21- which is a seperate and different case that it was being bound over to the Grand Jury. Anytime the government brings charges it has to go to a Grand Jury who then decides on the evidence. It does not state anything about being part of the 2019 and 2020 case seperate case number. You made an assumption. But no document or facts support it.

CATV case is now part of the grand jury case, which all the defendants, unnamed co-conspirators, and multiple entities directly named or not have the same case number. So, whether it says U.S. v. Vaccaro, or Svorai, or Hagen, or others, they have the same case, and unless there’s a motion that specifically involves one of the individuals, the main highlights appear for the most part on all the dockets (if it’s approved by the judge to be released to the public) which is one in the same. This is not as difficult as you’re making it, it’s rather straightforward

Again ... nothing states this case is being added to the other case. You seem to be confused. There is a case listed 6 times for each defendant 20- that has associated cases 19-03191 and 03190 included. That case is USA vs Vaccarro and then lists the defendant after it. 6 cases. Same case number. With each defendant's name. One being Svorai.

You fail to acknowledge the USA vs Svorai case 21 is a seperate case and shows no associated cases nor is it terminated. Furthermore, in the document filed to the Court in late May it is explicitly stated despite your assertion and assumptions that the USA vs Svorai case is UNRELATED to the USA vs Vacarro case you keep referencing where Vacarro is a defendant.

Whether you want to acknowledge this or not ... or perhaps backup your claims or assumptions with something more concrete than your words ...

You are right about one thing ... facts are facts.

It is not a vast conspiracy ... I am just posting what anyone can look up and verify ... surely someone as adept as yourself can tell their are clearly different case numbers and read the document I posted that states the cases are unrelated. I understand it can be confusing ... and you may be confused so if you need help sorting it out ... let me know.

I will wait for an explanation on my last post where I lay out the cases in Pacer and link to the document where it states that the 2021 case is not related to the 2019/20 Vaccaro/Svorai case.

That is not subjective. That is not an opinion. If you still feel you are right ... then surely you can post proof or something more than your subjective opinion. Your claim that well ... it went to a grand jury so that means it is part of the 2019/20 case when that is not what Pacer or any court documents is showing ... burden of proof is on you and that is far from some conspiracy theory. Prove me wrong ... and I will admit it ... but I am uet to find anything that shows what you are saying or supports your claim.
