Gesturetek Bankruptcy Filings from Government of Canada Web site
First below is the Application filled in April, 2019
Second below is Bankruptcy.
The one above shows the Bankruptcy Trustee was discharged on Jan 31st, 2022. Could not tell if GestureTek is still under a Trustee as indicated or placed under a new Trustee with its Patents.
Not sure what assets it has to be able to operate frankly having filed for bankruptcy in 2019. Its a bit confusing.
