IF I have 100 mill $$$$$$ and started shorting COOP and it goes form 52$ down to $38 and then I buy all back PLUS more, have I done anything illegal

NOW IF IF IF you can PROVE this was an ORCHESTRATED SCHEME by multiple PLAYERS that is a different story, BUT it would be a VERY HARD STORY TO PROVE>>>>>>>>>imho
