So, I'm wondering if you could help me out please. I'm not 100% sure that the conversion rate stated in your post is accurate. I actually thought it was 10,000:1, not 100,000:1. (There ARE 100,000 preferred shares outstanding, but I do NOT believe that is the conversion rate). Honestly, I'm pulling my number (10,000:1) from my memory, which just isn't what it used to be. The Annual Report says they convert at 100:1. I'm not able to find anything other than what's stated on the Annual Report (100:1). Would you be kind enough to either post a link or point me in the right direction to find the conversion rate you posted?
