You are right and it is a very low probability. I think this is something akin to what Mr. Angel was proposing so it does not seem to have any legs. My question is if the Biden Administration is serious about a Utility Model Administrative resolution how do they move forward with all the oustanding litigation present. While it is possible that all the shareholder claims get dismissed this year it is also possible that they continue to fester especially if the 5th Circuit decides to stand up for the shareholders. The best way forward for the UST is to make as much of the shareholder's claims Moot. Ultimately common shareholder claims must be respected but it will probably be a non-linear messy and stressful path like it has for the last 14 years.
