Roger that Rick... thanks for the clarification! Been a long decade plus... I respect ALL views and opinions... no doubt (I have a few of my own... LOL!!).

I have zero proof my markers (even though deemed worthless and removed from my brokerage accounts) will payoff... just the fact they were removed was more than a let down.

As for "provably false" claims... yes, if provably false, then so be it... I am known on this board for needing more than just here say... so, show me the money. Otherwise, conjecture, opinions, beliefs (of which I have as well) will not amount to anything if we simply do not get paid in cash and or stock... for our 2012 releases.

I am on the sidelines waiting for an out on my reasonable larger share of COOP... and if "something" happens before then... in my (our) favor... GREAT! Not losing sleep or holding my breath.
