I think Twitter insiders will destroy this to keep Musk from getting the upper hand

Same mentality that would destroy America to get rid of Trump will do the same to get rid of Musk. They’ve done it once.

I think Blackrock and Vanguard will see the light snd exit in a defensive move.

The Board must accept Musks offer. Anyone out there willing to up the ante? I highly doubt it. Maybe Amazon? Ted aturner? LOL

Either way, Twitter as we know it today is gone. Destroy it or fix it? It’s a win win for America.

Just remember, the Board can be sued personally. Not their LLC, but their personal wealth. They have to take Musks offer.
