Disagree. He just needs to send them a letter noting they are infringing and threatening a lawsuit and asking them to license his technology so they are not in violation of the patent. He can even offer a 'reasonable' license fee for a period of a year or two. But the company who took the license would 'know' that other companies with deep pockets could buy IGEN and come after them. If a company loses such an infringement case it will cost them a bundle. The offer of a license and a threat of a lawsuit is basically putting a for sale sign on IGEN with a clock ticking on who gets it first.
