Excellent Share Structure + these guys don't abuse the market. Their last share restructure was in 2009 and it was a F/S not an R/S and today they still only have 42,715,200 shares unrestricted in their O/S. I find that amazing for any OTC company.. Never seen a company protect their share structure like they do..
