If a RS doesn't happen in the right situation, then I fear this company will end up similar to ALKM. ALKM is a very viable company producing great products for numerous companies (including KGKG). They have simply continued to issue more and more shares diluting to astronomical amounts (7.8 billion shares OS). If this is the path, we are all F'd.
