Yes he is, but the editor in your reference, named David McKechnie, is not the David McKechnie that you quoted. A different David McKechnie said that quote according to the tweet you posted, and that David McKechnie is still alive. Duh!

The whole thing is moot since nothing connects the guy who said that to being vaccinated or dying. SMHL
