Hi Lodas & Ron,

I remember when the examiner was around, I use to hear court hearings in one of those Rosen said " There are assets off-limits and let equity committee look for those assets, they are very much interested in looking for those assets. Examiner does not need to look in those assets"

I still remember this and had hoped something is there, although it seems strange why the court does not need to know all assets of a failed bank?
