Fuagf. You need to report every single post you get deleted to admin, but not through the 'tos' mode.
Use the 'contact us' link at the bottom of a thread page, which brings up a page where you are messaging the admin directly. Your post gets put in a auto que and very swiftly gets attention from a person.

Just simply say you see nothing wrong with your post, (assuming it was not directed at the member) and that it wasn't directed at the member. You don't even need to explain it most times. Include the link that is in the address field when you bring up your 'removed post' list. This is as you know in your profile page.

Then just thank them and send it off. Do this enough and admin will start to notice the patterns and treatments of the board.

This sites admins are actually quite fair and reasonable when one is civil as well.
