ron....the only document necessary to read is POR 7....did you read it?......POR 7 supersedes all documents and discloses to the penny what each and every class of creditors and equity holders are to receive....there is nothing beyond POR 7... if there was there would be lawsuits up the "yang yang" by now... are their any lawsuits , or complaints after chapter 11 has closed?... the judge cannot sign to close chapter 11 until all parties agree...your document is useless now.. why do I need to read it... if it is not included in POR 7, it is redundant...
