JB3136....there are no non debtor subs...why?... WMI emerged from chapter 11 as WMIH, now trading as coop.... in other words coop is WMIH.... does coop state any no debtor subs on their balance sheet?...I have never seen any non debtor subs...can ron give a link to these subs that are hidden?... can one hide subs in bankruptcy chapter11?... part of A/M job in restructuring WMI was to bring ALL ASSETS OF WMI AND WMIIC into the WMIL-T for distribution to equity claimants...they paid all creditors up to class 18, and ran out of money, and class 18 was impaired (not enough money to satisfy claims)....dont you think class 18 would have filed a lawsuit if they found out WMI was hiding subs from the court?....Lodas
