ron....POR 7 supercedes all those documents you refer to....POR 7 was a consensus signed by all parties to the restructuring of the assets of WMI...ALL PARTIES SIGNED THE POR 7, and it became law....POR 7 clearly states what all claimants would get, AS WELL AS EQUITY WOULD GET A SLICE OF THE NEW COMPANY STOCK BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF SHARES ONE HELD IN THE OLD COMPANY.....it does not state any equity payouts beyond POR 7....when one signed the releases, that was all you got.... period....please, a discovery document dated december 14, 2009, IS NOT LAW...it is just a document....there were thousands of documents, claims, opinions, and whatnot entered into the court, but only POR 7 was signed into law by all parties , not that discovery document... does it appear in the POR 7 as being qualified to get a payment now, or in the future?... who is going to make this payment? how much?...and where are the sources from which this payment is to be made.... I suggest your post is spurious speculation based on non legal basis, and has not been signed by any parties involved... Lodas
