$GVSI IS NOW ON "PLAN C".

"Plan A" was the "OTC Route". Which, seemingly, failed.

"Plan B" was the "SEC Route". Which has failed, so far, with the withdrawal of the Form 10 last November.

"Plan C", although still part of the "SEC Route", it is the "Petitioning of the Court Route" in the attempt to fix the problem with the shares. IMO, we should get an update about how "Plan C" is working out. Or not working out.

This was tweeted OVER TWO MONTHS AGO. What is the hold up?

$GVSI update, new hurdle I am jumping through is that previous mgmt issued Pref "A" stock without designating it with Nevada SOS, i.e. conversion/voting rate, etc. SEC is a stickler on this. We are petitioning the court to either allow us to cancel them or assign designation.
