Yes, manipulation, for lack of better term. Volume can be easily faked. Same person with multiple accounts can be buyer and seller in the same transaction (phantom/self trading). REALLY common with small cap stocks, but usually on much smaller scale. Easy on this one cause no fees. They inevitably gain or lose shares in this process; but usually that is the intent and the bots & algorithms they use ensure their outcome. These guys/groups have deep pockets. Theoretically, naked shorting could cause this volume, but I would not venture to say likely.

You should check out Stocktwits; lots of postings there. I saw this coming because of there. Sold @ .67; just bought back at .53; 400sh just paid for themselves. Still need another 1k, but still not paying above.50 for those.

You can spot algo trading quite easily sometimes by looking at the transactions. If you see stock trading at irregular intervals, then see 10 transactions in the same second; probably a trading platform doing it. Doesn't mean it's "manipulation", but probably not Retail traders.
