serafino, I have always agreed and the BIG MONEY PLAYERS have always agreed COOP is way undervalued which tells an astute investor there is a HUGE EVENT on the horizon. Yes, I expect DILUTION but the multi-billion dollar question is when this filing happens is there value associated with 8K Filing or NOT?

Even though the Players are very corrupt, due to this very play being blacked out worldwide since 9/2008, I do not think the Players want more "eyes" on this case. So, I believe they will show value with the 8K filing and the result will be a modest increase in the price of COOP however, the unknown keeps taking the price down in my view.

BIG MONEY PLAYERS NEVER let retail capitalize on their investment plays BEFORE they are issued more shares.

The shares they are anticipating such as investors receiving stock for their timely signed releases by 3/2012 for their ownership of the former WaMu Estate…time ticking until the filing finally arrives!
