So if it is PU... the missing revenue from the 74000 units is the 2.5 million dollar 'director expenses' from the 10k.

The reason we arent seeing any PR or increase in shareholder value attempts is that the buyout is already underway as seem with the accumulation..

And they're buying shares on the open market cheap to increase their ownership prior to making an announcement.

Is it legal? Possible?
