The one fact you point to, the share price, is not reflective of anything.
Aren't the 2021 revenues known because they did two rounds of PPP?
AND there's no reason to believe that they're not continuing with those revenues, which are north of 1.6 million when extrapolated annually and you take into consideration other payroll costs which they must cover to get the PPP.
That alone easily values them more than 900k... something the share price doesn't reflect
