I actually have no problem with this one post of yours, interestingly.

Well... there is one thing. I don't think that a small group owns 2 billion out of 3 billion.

They own 2 billion out of 4 or 5 or 6 billion... because they own a mix of shorted shares and real shares.

You see, Total won't deliver Total shares to the shorted shares... the shorts will (or their brokers).

The shorts (or their brokers) have to purchase a sufficient number of Total shares on the NYSE and deliver them to the owners of the shorted ERHC shares.
