I think you're mis reading the very quote that you're quoting. From your quote, we understand that value is determined by output as represented by cash flows.
We know from the PPP application that the company has revenue cash flows and years have gone by with expensive litigation and no filing for bankruptcy.
That IS value.
Does a share price of $900k for the company reflect that? Nope.
The "message of the market" is corrupted by short sellers printing infinite shares and buyers in America unable to buy.
