I see. So the reason there has been no done deal for erhc, the reason no buyout has occurred, the reason the stock remains near zero all have nothing to do with with Shell's drilling planned for May in EEZ block 6 and nothing to do with what those results might be. It's still all about the all-powerful gag order, even though all litigation has supposedly ended.
Could it be that erhe is already at $8/share but the gag order is also preventing the markets from reporting that price? Has commercial oil already been discovered in erhc's block 4 but that information has been gagged? Let me guess, the Total buyout has already taken place and that too has not seen the light of day - gag order again? Is the gag order also keeping a small group of investors' names from showing up on the latest list of billionaires in the world? Why, I bet it is even preventing Warren Buffet from disclosing his erhc stake.
Gee, this just isn't fair. That bloody old gag order. But its' going to be lifted in just a few short weeks, am I right?
