This fiscal year just ended on March 31. The next financial report for the year ended March 31, 2022 will include almost two months of revenue reporting, as the merger was complete on February 4, 2022.
We also know that insiders have been buying stock at the low amounts, and I would not be surprised to find that at least some insiders are bottom fishing. We already know that from recent company comments (Yup, that is recent news folks) that insiders were buying stock, not selling it. For insider stock purchases prior to April 1, 2022 and after December 31, 2021 we should see changes to stock ownership buried in the financial reports when they are issued.
