Eric's problem has always been that he believes he is smarter than everyone else. Instead of getting the funding through traditional means, he continues to believe his "grass roots" approach will be effective.

Unfortunately, time should have taught him a valuable lesson by now. Instead, he continues to defy tradition and has to resort to share dumping to maintain even modest losses. He will never achieve success until he removes himself from the business aspect of the company. He is a salesman, pure and simple. He is NOT a good CEO.

He was handed pre-made products and all he had to do was sell them, in the most glorious and robust market of the millennium.

Eric, as always, is too self-centered to believe the truth, that he is a failure as CEO, and needs to step down.

“The truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end; there it is.”
