Well the Answer is due on the 14th. At that point they can answer, move to dismiss, or ask for more time. If not, they default.

If they move to dismiss, most likely the suit will be amended to conform to whatever it is that they cry about. THen they can move to dismiss again.

If they answer, it moves into discovery. Depositions, interrogatories, requests for documents.

It's slowwwwwwwwwwwwww. Sad to say, but it is.
