I don't know who has the actual Biden laptop, but from the moment that clown 'reported' Hunter, because 'it was the right thing to do', all the cherry picked data was off loaded to thumb drives or fresh other type drives while the original computer went missing. This also means every copy including that first off load can and most likely has been compromised.

The fact that the data was removed from the original should immediately label any of the information as not admissible in court due to the open opportunity to alter said data. You copied it, you can fuck it up.

It legally does not go any further as far as I can surmise in my limited law knowledge.
