There were a number of hardcore promoters that had kicked in “working capital” at those prices. Rebecca Moore comes immediately to mind. Bet they were pissed and wanted to cash out so Brian “borrowed” money to pay them off. Bet they also invested in BLOCKS as well.
Interesting to see how they vote on BLOCKS items. The more tokens you own the more your vote counts.
They even have “tiers” set up. And who doesn’t want to be in the GOLD TIER! I remember pumps and dumps with Float Lock Down plays doing that - shareholders were put into the various tiers encouraging people to buy even more shares so they could be part of the higher tier.

Resolution to add an additional Tier called “Members Only”
Facts surrounding desire to add new tier level:
Two distinct tiers with voting privileges and proposal recommending capability currently exist (Gold/Silver)
“General” room exists for all individuals, Blocks holders or not, to interact and discuss the DAO.
Gold tier requires 1,000,000 Blocks to be a member
Silver tier requires 300,000 Blocks to be a member.
No Blocks are required to interact in the General room
No tier exists for individuals who hold less than 300,000 Blocks but at least one Block.
Proposed solution to add inclusivity for ALL Blocks holders:
Add a third tier called “Members Only” for individuals who hold at least one, but no more than 299,999 Blocks in their MetaMask wallet as validated by Collab.Land Bot
Maintain the “General” room for individuals who do not hold any current Blocks to gain knowledge about the token and the DAO.
Members of the newly created Members Only room would have full voting rights commensurate with the total amount of Blocks they own
Members of the newly create Members Only room would be able to recommend proposals to Gold room members to be considered for approval.
Cost to the DAO:
None.
Benefit to the DAO:
More inclusivity. All members holding Blocks having a buy in to the success of the DAO. “Skin in the game” and having a real voice is an important aspect for all members to ensure the future success of the DAO.
Proposal Vote:
Do we add a third tier, “Members Only” that requires a minimum of 1 Block and maximum of 299,999 that would entitle to this group full voting rights commensurate with the number of Blocks they own as well as the ability to recommend proposals for consideration and possible ratification by the DAO?
We will follow the Wyoming DAO LLC law on Quorum voting (see operating agreement in Gitbook) If approved, we will reach out for payment options. If denied, we will go back to the drawing board and find a different solution.
