Ron... seems that KKR was the only smart one who walked away with a load of cash... good for them!

Speaking of cash... I have long thought the Equity Committee was a sham for us shareholders (and worthless escrow holders)... they too walked with shares/cash... good for them.

Releasing markers got screwed and COOP is now faced with inflation up the A... which is only going to crash the housing market and new loan activity.

Time to put the seat belts on... I was going to pull the trigger and build another 2nd home in UT but I believe the real tell will be the fallout from the S that is about to hit the fan... we have not seen nothing yet.
