Sure sound like you are saying they amended their articles of incorporation October 30, 2021, while their were in default.

Which they can't legally do according to you.

Wouldn't that make it illegal?

"you'll see they filed their annual list and got out of default on 11/1/21 (after the articles of incorporation was changed on October 30,2021) and then filed the amendment on 11/2/21.
