My Verdict...

Very happy to continue my investment with LIGA.

Long term
-they want to be bought out in 3-5 years at $.75
-they would take $.40
-they would love to be above $1 for the buy out

Short term
-compliance testing for the new formulation completed very soon
-we will see lots of PO's immediately following
-quarter by quarter we will see the revenues
-we rise above $.02 once the PO's are announced
-QB status later in 2022 (personally I don't think QB really helps anything)

Conclusion:
No dilution for years, and every step they have planned moving forward grows the value without dilution. I continue to remain a proud LIGA shareholder, and excited to increase my investment over the coming months.
