Considering GFTX is a "Smaller reporting Company" the SEC actually gives companies 90 days to compile the 10K, knowing the the 10Q is now underway at the same time, the only thing that would slow the process down is not providing the AUDITOR the required documentation to formally APPROVE the financials. Its not hard, just requires detailed person and be held accountable. As you said, with nothing but PRz and Twitter pronouncements. ZERO REVENUE, filing on time should have been a layup.......Apparently the GENIUS is too busy "making deals" to file on time...:) GLTA
