The last time I checked, far far far more scumbags have been caught running pump-and-dump criminal endeavors than have been organized naked short selling market makers. Lemme guess, the Feds are in on the game. Martha Stewart, the Clintons, hell . . . the queen of England is making bank with "off shore" accounts (Cypress? Bali? Florida?).
