At this point I would say yes. I do not believe the current state of P2O or the CEO can even process 1 lb of plastic a day right now.

Don't forget ROckten has a supply for them as well that is just waiting to be picked uo.

Also don't forget the option that was brought up around the $7.70 a share pricerange that we can mine for plastic in garbage dumps as well.
