Fannie Mae's COO Resigns, Effective April 25

Fannie Mae's Chief Operating Officer Kimberly H. Johnson is stepping down on April 25, the company said.

No additional information was given.

As executive vice president and COO, Ms. Johnson leads the company's digital transformation. She joined Fannie Mae in 2006 and also is a member of the management committee.
