Correlations of gp41 Env-specific (a) IgG and (b) IgA in genital secretions vs. plasma during acute HIV-1 infection (AHI). Correlations of (c) plasma and (d) mucosal levels of HIV-1 Env-specific IgG vs. IgA during AHI. Specific activity in mucosal samples is calculated as µg of HIV-specific antibody (Ab) per mg total Ab.
