I would encourage moderation. Rather than expecting $100/share and a house on the beach in Newport (BTW--I've never had a target price over 12 for COR), I think a different image is in order. A price somewhere between 5-10, allowing Dr. Varney to make the drive to Irvine from a more modest home in San Diego County--Encinitas to be exact, where Old California lives on, drivers give way at the intersections, just as surfers yield on the waves at Swami's....folks young and old dance on Moonlight Beach....and locals driving Woodies have bumper stickers that read 'Keep Leucadia Funky'....

Cancel that. We don't want the COO bagging meetings with the FDA just because the surf is looking good and he's feeling kind of....mellow. No way. We want him lean, mean, and hungry. He should live in Orange County.
