and here we are today......The Perfect Storm.

Also mentioned about the 1 of the properties is that the Cargill open-pit mine opened around 2000 and shuttered in 2013 had at least 12 million tonnes of tailings left behind containing levels of 15-20% P205 (phosphorous pentoxide) and, according to Avalon in a news release, can be sold “as is” for use in various AGRICULTURAL FERTILIZER PRODUCTS!!!
