Not that I ever experience anxiety about Cortex Pharmaceuticals, but my eye went directly and almost instantaneously from 'Change in Directors or Principal Officers' to 'Departure of Directors or Principal Officers' to 'Mark Varney PhD'--at which point the thought occurred to me that my wife might have to call the EMTs.

Fortunately, all is well, I read the rest of the release, which if anything strengthens the 'bond' between Varney and the Company.

Please don't scare me like that again. Put something in the headline like
'Not bad news', or 'Don't jump'....
