No I wouldn't assign it as such. To say he needed to sell shares when he has stated right along that he has not sold any shares is pure Horse Shit. His pizza business by all accounts is successful so undoubtedly sufficient enough to provide him the monies he needs and if and when he ever sells shares undoubtedly a Form 4 will be filed.

I don't know anyone on Earth who doesn't need to provide or should provide for their families. That goes without saying.


Sometimes things seem odd like the 8K that was put out might seem odd to some, and he unlike perhaps most OTC companies (CEOs etc) does not rely on this company to use as a personal piggy bank. Sometimes the truth is indeed stranger than fiction.
